Replacement meat probe with a 41 wire lead maintains more consistent temperatures for use with the digital control board, for Nexgrill Pellet Grills. This is referred to as part #55 in the manual.

Jack is a 1 8 TS (tip, ring) mono jack.

CAUTION: Kinks or folds in the probe wires may cause damage. A probe not in use should be rolled up in a large, loose coil. The probe wire should never be exposed to temperatures higher than 355°F.
